Laptop rental terms

These sample terms explain the general approach for laptop rentals from SPURGE Rentals. The final terms for any order are the written terms shared in the quotation, invoice, purchase order, rental agreement, or approved email confirmation.

Rental enquiry and quotation

A rental quotation depends on device category, model or minimum configuration, quantity, city, delivery date, rental duration, accessories, logistics scope, support scope, billing cycle, and any setup expectations.

Payment, billing, and deposits

Payment terms, billing frequency, deposits, lock-in period, taxes, late-payment handling, and pro-rata billing should be confirmed in writing before dispatch. Public website content should not be treated as a final price list or commercial commitment.

Device use and care

Rented devices should be used for lawful business purposes and handled with reasonable care. The customer is responsible for preventing loss, theft, unauthorized repair, misuse, liquid damage, physical damage, and missing accessories unless the written agreement states otherwise.

Software, data, and licences

Software requirements, operating system expectations, admin access, device imaging, data removal, and licence responsibility should be agreed before dispatch. Customers should back up and remove their business data before returning devices.

Support and replacement

Support scope depends on the rental agreement, device condition, city, issue type, and urgency. Where applicable, SPURGE may coordinate diagnosis, repair, remote support, pickup, replacement, or return workflow after issue assessment.

Delivery, pickup, and return

Doorstep delivery, pickup, packaging, recipient coordination, return checks, and logistics charges should be confirmed before dispatch. Devices should be returned with chargers, accessories, and any agreed supporting items.
